Did you know? The city of Bee Cave was named after the Mexican honeybee colonies that lived in the limestone cave near the meeting point of Barton Creek and Little Barton Creek.
LITTLE BUCKAROO RANCH
This past weekend, we celebrated a toddler birthday at Little Buckaroo Ranch, tucked away off of Hamilton Pool Road. The ranch is a perfect mix of charm and kid-friendly adventure, with activities that kept all the little ones completely entertained. A petting zoo full of friendly goats and chickens? Check. A fun tractor ride? Double check. But the real highlight for our son? The pony ride which had him grinning from ear to ear the entire time. The staff kept everything running smoothly while making sure the kiddos had a blast and stayed safe. The ranch’s picturesque setting, complete with shaded picnic areas and scenic ranch views made it easy for the grown-ups to kick back and enjoy the party, too.
If you’re on the hunt for an unique venue that guarantees happy, tired (key word here) kids, and a camera roll full of adorable moments, Little Buckaroo is it. Beyond pony parties, they also offer riding lessons, field trips, Mini Horse Camps and other special events designed for ages 3-6.
